Winter update

As of 1/14/23: The yearly assessments have been mailed and homeowners are starting to receive them. If you do not receive your individual invoice by Jan 21, 2022 or you need it emailed to you, please contact bod@seasonshoa.com. The 2023 Assessment Summary is posted here as an attachment. All Approved 2023 Budget Information can be found on the Financials page. Information regarding Delinquent Accounts can be found in the Revised & Restated Policy 2 on the Governing Documents page.

If you have a new mailing address or other contact information that you need to advise HOA Management about, please use the attached Consent Form to advise us of any changes. If you completed the form last year or you receive USPS mail and email from the HOA on a regular basis, you do not need to complete the form again. If you have a Designated Representative that you prefer physical mail to be sent to, please let us know that. You may email the form to bod@seasonshoa.com or mail to Seasons at Tiara Rado HOA, 477 Seasons Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81507.

DATES FOR QUARTERLY & ANNUAL MEETINGS:

2023 Meetings: Homeowners are invited to attend the Quarterly Board of Directors Meetings and the Annual Meeting. Agendas are sent to Homeowners via Email and posted on the website at least 10 days prior to the meeting. Dates and Locations are posted here on website once they are confirmed. 

First Quarter BOD Meeting: Feb.23/Thurs, 5-6pm, Redlands United Methodist Church

Second Quarter BOD Meeting: May 4/Thurs, 5-6pm, Redlands United Methodist Church

Third Quarter BOD Meeting: July 20/Thurs, 5-6pm, Redlands United Methodist Church

Fourth Quarter BOD Meeting:  Oct 12/Thurs, 5-6pm, Redlands United Methodist Church

Annual Meeting: Nov 30/Thurs, 5pm,  Location To Be Determined

Redlands United Methodist Church is located at 527 Village Way at the corner of South Broadway and Village Way. Quarterly Meetings will start at 5pm sharp.
