About The Seasons at Tiara Rado

The Seasons at Tiara Rado is a community of 144 southwestern-style homes located adjacent to Colorado National Monument and the Tiara Rado Golf Course in the Redlands area of Grand Junction, Colorado. Located in a rural setting just a short drive from the commercial and cultural districts of Grand Junction, The Seasons is known for its consistent architecture, splendid views, walkability and access to recreation. Explore our Photo Albums for a visual tour. The Seasons at Tiara Rado HOA Board of Directors manages the community. Please see the Contact Page for emails.

The five member Board of Directors oversees landscape management, Redlands Water & Power Irrigation (canal water), covenant compliance issues, bookkeeping and finances, and several committees. The Board Members currently are: Bruce Noble (President), Sharon Currie-Mills (Director-at-Large), Peggy Vaughn (Secretary), Roger Williams (Director-at-Large), Jeanne Crouch (Treasurer). Any Board Member can be reached at bod@seasonshoa.com or on the Contact Form.

Committees include the Design Review Committee (DRC), the Social Committee, Welcome Neighbors Committee and the Landscape Committee.

  • Design Review Committee: More information on the Design Review Committee can be found on the Design Review Committee tab on the website toolbar above. The DRC can be contacted using the Contact Form located in the upper right toolbar.
  • Social Committee: This committee collects and disperses any funds raised from social events. These funds help underwrite social events, including an annual December Holiday Party, a bi-annual art event, a "sometimes" Spring Fling and in 2022 an end of summer Brats & Brews Cookout. Watch the NEWS Section of our website for information on our events and how you can volunteer.
  • Welcome Neighbors Committee: These volunteers assist the Board by welcoming new neighbors, handling general inquiries, and referring questions or comments about the neighborhood to the appropriate individual. This committee also has Communication and Social Directory forms for you to complete once you have closed on your new home. The current chairs of the Welcome Neighbors are Don and Gay Fry who can be reached through bod@seasonshoa.com email. Don and Gay or another committee member may be the first person who contacts you when you move into our neighborhood.
  • Landscape Committee: This committee assists the Board in making decisions about landscaping. Please visit the Landscape and Irrigation page on this website for more information.

The Board of Directors responds to complaints regarding maintenance, irrigation and covenant enforcement and conducts several inspections each year to ensure compliance. More information regarding irrigation and landscape can be found on the Irrigation & Landscape tab in the toolbar.
