Prior Correspondonce: The Budget Packet that will be presented at the 2022 Annual Meeting has been mailed to all homeowners at their on-file address. You can also access the full packet in the attachment below. The Annual Meeting will be held November 29, 2022, 5-630pm at the Tiara Rado Golf Club House. Any questions should be directed to bod@seasonshoa.com.
We will be voting on our 2023 Annual Budget so if you cannot attend in person, please give your proxy to a friend or Board Member.
The Annual Meeting is also the time when we elect new Board Members. We recently appointed Peggy Vaughn to fill David MacAlpine’s vacant position and Peggy has agreed to serve the remainder of David’s term. That leaves us with one open position. Sharon Currie-Mills has her Board appointment expiring December 31, 2022. Sharon has agreed to be on the ballot for a new term and any other candidates are welcome. We will post any candidate information we may receive here on this website by November 15th so Members can review a candidate summary prior to the vote. See attachments below for bios of anyone who is running for office.
The Board will also be voting on a change to the Bylaws regarding Indemnification and Insurance. A revised Agenda is posted below with the Bylaw Change and other updated information.
