Update Jan 31, 2024: Assessment notifications were mailed on January 30, 2024. If you do not receive within the next two weeks, please send an email to bod@seasonshoa.com.

Assessment Notifications: Since we are transitioning bookkeepers, the assessment notices will be late this year. They are being prepared and you should receive before the end of January. The amounts will be the Approved Assessments that were in the budget packet presented at the Annual Meeting. You will receive an email notice when they are mailed and there will be a posting on this site.

To Residents of the Seasons:

Many thanks for the great participation in the annual meeting last evening.  We had 65 people in attendance and over 30 proxies.  We have not seen numbers like these in recent years and your involvement and level of interest is much appreciated.

For those who had to leave prior to the final vote tally, we want to extend our congratulations to Jeanne Crouch and Roger Williams.  They will both begin new terms on the HOA Board of Directors on January 1, 2024.  And thank you to all the candidates who stood for election.  (Also, a gentle reminder to all residents to consider serving on the Board in the future.)

Given the large number of participants in the meeting, we also want to offer special thanks to our volunteers who helped to check people in and tally votes.  Those excellent volunteers were Cheryl Alpha, Georgette Konzak, and Janice Wuerker.  Thanks also to Board Secretary Peggy Vaughn who recruited these great volunteers.

For those of you we don't see around the neighborhood or at the Seasons holiday party at Two Rivers Winery at 5:30 pm on December 14th, please have a safe, joyful, and relaxing holiday season and we will look forward to seeing you again in the New Year.

The Annual Meeting is critically important because it is the meeting when we ratify the annual HOA Budget. The packet below contains Proxy form and Budget Ballot as well as additional information regarding the budget and meeting.
