Welcome to the new Seasons at Tiara Rado HOA website. This tool will serve as a resource for homeowners, an introduction for newcomers in our neighborhood, and a means of communication from The Board of Directors to homeowners. If you were on the Social Directory on the old website, your information has been uploaded, but you still need to Create a Password. Use your email address to start the process. Not on the Social Directory? Use the email address you have provided the HOA to start the process to set up an account. All homeowners should have received an email from the Board that will assist in starting the process.

DO NOT use the old seasons2018 password as your current password; it does not work anymore.
Please note that if your request for a new or second account is requested outside normal business hours(Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm), there will likely be a delay in authorizing your account. We do need to personally verify new accounts. If you were already on the Social Directory and not making a major change, such as email address, then you just need to create a new password and your account will be automatically authorized.
When you are editing your profile, you will note that there are checkboxes at the bottom of the page dealing with the Social Directory. There are options to: a)be included in the Social Directory, b) show your email in the Directory, c) show your phone numbers. You make the decision regarding this information. Click the box to indicate you want the feature turned ON. If the checkmark is there and you do not want a feature, you can click the box to change it. You can see the results of your editing by saving and navigating to the website and taking a look at the Social Directory.
