The Seasons of Tiara Rado Homeowner’s Association Special Meeting Minutes

II. Quorum of Board Members - All Board Members Present
Purpose of the meeting is to solicit Member comments regarding the Draft Proposal of CC & R Changes - Led by Vice-President, David MacAlpine.

1. Section 101(u) - Definition of Recreational Vehicle and Trailer – No Comments
2. Section 2.07 – Commercial Signs & Flags – Jeff Tack made a suggestion to make size dependent on sq inches total.
3. Section 2.08 – Property to be Maintained - Positive Comments
4. Section 2.13 – Storage & Parking - No Comments
5. Section 2.18 –Tree & Shrub Heights - Withdrawn from ballot – stands as currently written.
6. Section 2.33- Temporary Expedience for Recreational Vehicles & Trailers No Comments
7. Section 6.01 (b) – Walls Adjoining Berm & Golf Course Lots 10 & 18 to remain


Peggy Vaughn & Hugh Wise are opposed to the proposed changes. Peggy had two objections to #7: 1) it would hold her responsible for damage to irrigation lines caused by a third party (we will address this concern with new language) and 2) the wall setback and height changes should apply to properties 11-17 as well as 10 and 18. Hugh also believes #7 should apply to all lots on the berm and furthermore believes the HOA should be responsible for any and all liability resulting from wall construction. Hugh believes he should bear no responsibility for damage to irrigation lines because he was not told they were on his property when he purchased.
