Labor Day Week Landscape & Irrigation Checks:
Bookcliff Gardens usually takes a long holiday weekend over Labor Day. Changes include mowing of Filing 4 Courtyard laws is moved from Monday to Tuesday. Irrigation checks for HOA canal systems will be moved to Wednesday. Any non-emergency repair work will be completed on Wednesday to avoid unnecessary expense.
The HOA Board has received a newsletter from Redlands Water & Power advising water-out date for the canal will be October 10 (tentative). See the attachment below for the complete newsletter.
An email will be sent closer to the date regarding shutdown procedures.
