Schedule Effective September 10, 2026
Dear Homeowners,
To help conserve water and follow the recent request from our supplier, Redlands Water & Power, we implemented a new irrigation schedule starting April 30, 2026.
To ensure everyone has adequate water pressure and to help the community avoid overtime repair costs, please follow these guidelines:
Guidelines for Filing 4 (Custom) & Filing 5
If you have an individual control valve, please program your clock for:
- Frequency: 2 days per week only.
- Days: Choose from Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Grass/Turf Timing: Between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Drip Lines: May be used during the daytime on your selected watering days.
- Weekends: Please do not water on weekends to prevent overtime pay repair costs.
HOA Managed Schedules (Automated Clocks)
The HOA-managed systems for common areas and Courtyard homes are scheduled as follows:
Filing #4 Courtyard Homes Mailbox Timer Seasons Dr Clock (Homes on West Side Seasons Dr):
Turf Program: Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri: First zone starts 2am last zone 3:40am
Drip Program: Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri: Runs 3pm-4pm/ Approx 15 minutes per zone
Filing #4 Courtyard Homes: Berm/Pond Clock Timer (Homes Around Berm)
Turf Program: Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri Runs 4am-640am/ 15 minutes per zone
Drip Program: Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri Runs 1pm-240pm/15 minutes per zone
*Filing 4 Courtyard Homes are grouped in zones according to control panels; the start time is the time the first zone starts; other zones will be later. Timing is approximate as the line may have to pressurize between zones. Length of rotation may be changed on a weekly basis due to weather forecast. Because of sloping yards in Filing 4 Courtyard the turf watering is for a shorter period of time than most turf watering but there is watering an extra days.

Filing 1 Turf Program: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 7am-9:30am, Approx 15-minute duration per zone (incudes entrance turf and planter beds)
Filing 1 Drip Program: Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat, 9-1040pm
Filing 3 Perimeter Drip Line Program:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 130pm start, 3 zones/ 15-20 minute duration per zone
Filing #6 Berm Drip Lines: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri: 8am-8:40am (2 zones)
Filing #7 Diversion Pond: Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, 9pm-1040pm
High Tiara Entrance Drip Lines: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur, 7-8am
Note: All timing is approximate to allow for system pressurization. Irrigation durations may be adjusted weekly based on the weather forecast.
Because water needs and restrictions change throughout the season, please check the community website regularly for the most up-to-date schedule.
