Previously, Property Management Companies' services were charged directly to a Homeowner (not covered in Annual Assessment) during Sale or Transfer of a Home. In 2024 it is anticipated that these fees will be paid to the HOA since they will be required of and accomplished by the HOA Board during Closing procedures.
