Irrigation Emergency Policy
If a homeowner observes excessive pooling, geysers or very low water pressure during a normal workday, contact should be made to the HOA Board of Directors, who will contact Bookcliff and shut down the affected system, if needed. Please provide the nearest house address to help us pinpoint the location of the irrigation issue.
Bookcliff maintains an emergency number for evenings, weekends and holidays. A Board Member will contact Bookcliff for emergencies. Normal action is for the HOA to shut down the affected system and Bookcliff will provide work on the next scheduled workday unless the HOA determines work is immediately needed.
